Completely botched, uneven. WORST HAIRCUT I'VE EVER HAD Luis himself, the owner and "master stylist" used keratin without asking me I overheard he had something imported from Mexico which I suspect was the keratin, he didn't use any heat other than the dryer which was barely warm, it irritated my skin and caused a lot of hair to fall when I took a shower. Only keratin with FORMALDEHYDE can cause hair to fall in such way without heat
i had got a great haircut i recommend giving this place a shot
