I was upset today with my experience because my older poodle had to be there for four hours. That is just too long for an old dog. They do a good job with the grooming but I just don’t like him to have to spend that many hours there. I have had other groomers finish him in one and a half hours. I tried talking to them about it but didn’t get a satisfactory solution.

Do not take your dog here ! They ruined my Yorkie puppies first hair cut , it was like a 4 year old cut it . Plus they cut his eyelashes off from his right eye and left his right ear longer than the left. That’s no mistake, that’s malicious intent. Now the owner is justifying his groomers bad work down below but my picture speaks for itself. He is really mad about my review! My previous experience was not good, however after writing my previous review the owner called and offered to make things right. This time I had an excellent experience and my dog has never had a better haircut
