After my oil change and tire rotation I presented coupons that were mailed to me. Once I was presented the invoice the receptionist took the coupons to the service rep. He came back in and stated he “double stacked” the coupons. One coupon was for $69.95 the other for $19.95. My total bill was $99 and change after the stack and a discount for the tire rotation, confused I asked for an explanation that made no sense on how the numbers didn’t add up.
