It’s part dealership, part NASCAR pit stop, part open-concept command center. Desks everywhere—each with a person typing furiously, answering three phones, and somehow knowing exactly which Silverado needs a new alternator. Vehicles roll in like it’s triage, and roll out like nothing happened. It’s loud, it’s busy, it smells faintly of coffee and coolant—and yet, it works like a well-oiled V8. Chaos? Maybe. Efficient? Absolutely.
Everything was handled in a very professional manner department got my car in and got it fixed very promptly. I was highly impressed with the service department could not be happier with my decision to buy a car at this dealership.
I showed up Thursday, no appointment, with a slipping transmission. I was on my way to Longview for work and leaving Saturday morning for San Antonio. Your service department was able to order a transmission for the next morning, install it and do an alignment, break flush, and track down a check engine light repair on the smog system/ fuel system by 4 pm Friday.
