Marlena is always so pleasant and knowledgeable.
Honestly if it weren’t for the extended warranty, I would not be doing business with them. They ignore complaints, don’t truly fix problems if they can’t replicate it in the 15 seconds it takes to drive around the service lot, and take forever to actually do anything even when you have a scheduled appointment ( a 3 hour wait for an oil change is ridiculous). I brought my truck in on a Friday afternoon with a transmission fluid leak. I worked with Nicholas in the service department, and he explained they would try to diagnose the issue within 24 hours. Since it was the weekend, he let me know it would most likely be Monday before they could take a look. The leak started while I was in Atlanta, Texas, and we had contacted every dealership between there and Tyler.
