Antenna broke off on our truck. Went to Peltier Chevrolet in Tyler to have it fixed. They said it could not be removed and the whole assembly had to be replaced at a cost of $1100 and four hours of time. So went and bought an easy out kit at Harbour Freight. The broken bolt came out nice and easy just drilling the stud. Looking at the stud it was obvious the tech never even tried to remove it. We will not return to them for service or another vehicle.
My experience with this dealership was amazing from start to finish. I was in a tough spot, and they worked with me every step of the way. They found a finance company for me and made sure the payments fit within my budget. They even delivered the vehicle to my home with a full tank of gas—which, with gas prices these days, speaks volumes about their customer service. They put an ac in my car ($4100.) It didn't work. I took it back 5 (five) times and continued to charge me. They even put in another compressor...or SAID they did. It still only worked part time until I took it to another facility. Now, two months after warranty expired, this second compressor has failed. It's too late for me, but please stay away--I don't want anyone else falling victim.
