They brought out some sandpaper to reshape my teeth or something, and now I have a sensitivity to sugar. They must've damaged my enamel. I let my defenses down for doctors, and now I have none left. On day one, I said I wanted my permanent retainer off in some time frame. I don't remember how long. He must've asked. It was so hard to clean; it ended up getting tartar under it, and then the buildup forced the rod to snap off at each end. From start to finish the experience was wonderful. Over the last 2 years they accomodated every need my family had...which was a lot:) Each time everyone always went the extra mile. We are so happy to have made the choice to go here. Highly recommend!
