I was at 17304 Preston Rd. Dominion Plaza and the security guard named Ronnie refused to let me and another guest of the buildings businesses into the foyer while it was storming outside. Only after pleading with him did he let us both in. He was very very rude and it seemed as though us requesting his assistance to come in from the elements was just too inconvenient.
