No stars is more fitting. Dr Marco Pelosi III is the rudest man I have ever encountered. Abrupt, insensitive, ignorant and dismissive. He puts the blame on patients for their life-changing complications rather than directing it towards their surgeon. I advise him to take a long look at the unregulated industry before shaming victims and to fully disclose the risks of labiaplasty to patients.
