Ima at Peloquin has the worst customer service I have ever know!! She is so rude to put it nicely!! Attitude and disrespectful!! Doesn’t handle criticism well at all!! Not to mention, I cleaned my place before leaving and I was still charged $300 for a cleaning since I didn’t have it professionally cleaned and shampooed!! Are you kidding me?
