Ima at Peloquin has the worst customer service I have ever know!! She is so rude to put it nicely!! Attitude and disrespectful!! Doesn’t handle criticism well at all!! Not to mention, I cleaned my place before leaving and I was still charged $300 for a cleaning since I didn’t have it professionally cleaned and shampooed!! Are you kidding me? i enjoyed my 10 years there nade nice friends for neighbors. after falling and due to age i could nit go up and down 3 flights if stairs due to falling and splitting my leg wide open a store could nolonger climb the stairs due to nerve danages
