So unbelievably rude. My husband and I (we are a gay couple) called to set up an appointment 4 times to see a showing for next week for several properties, the person has no idea what we were looking for and insisted we see one today. Fine. We get there and the person doesnt even greet us, maybe perturbed it was two men, just lets us in and for 10 minutes its incredibly awkward silence. I have been renting from Peloquin for many years now and they are great! Any time I had an issue or a problem they were right there to take care of it right away. They always returned my phone calls and the girls in the office are terrific to deal with. They also take great care of their properties which I like. They really are great and I LOVE renting from them.

This is the most unprofessional company I have ever worked with. They are unresponsive and rude. They have their maintenance guy enter your apartment with no notification. He has all your keys just enters whenever they tell him to. I didn't even know he was going into our apartment except he would move things around and leave lights on. When I notified the office they saw nothing wrong with this. It made me feel completely unsafe and uncomfortable in my own apartment. I live in a Pelaquin manage apartment. It takes them forever to respond to something that needs fixed or it doesn't get done, I had a termite overload in my bathroom last summer and it took them two weeks to come check it out and the pest guy never even sprayed or returned. I get paid every two weeks and my lease ran out 3 years ago and I been given eviction notices twice even before the middle of the month. They don't care and I don't even think they tell the people who own the property that they don't take care of it
