They are never open when they are suppose to be and don’t ever return calls. Will be taking my business elsewhere. Place has gone downhill
Stay away from this place. Stylist today told me that they’re under new management and let all of the previous stylists go. So unfortunately none of the previous good reviews can be trusted. I got a foil and cut today and I left with WET hair that still has dye in it?! I literally have to go home and wash and style my hair myself now. The highlights are uneven and she only cut the back of my hair. I didn’t complain because the stylist completely lost my trust and I didn’t want her to “fix” anything. I have been going to Pello for a few years now. I find out that they are under new management and the person I've always had was Sarah. she was perfect she did a fabulous job and knew what to do with my hair. I called up recently to get a haircut and highlights and they said I needed to have a Consultation. And that they only had one stylist in the whole place and I couldn't get in for another 2 months this is unacceptable. They had recently canceled 2 of my appointments.
