Hotel was so shitty, they forgot to melt out the freezer from the previous people. There was a clear indent of a dildo in the freezer. I can only upload photo evidence on Google Maps reviews. They also changed my husband an additional $200 charge “because she felt like it” per their phone conversation. They quoted us a stay, gave us a receipt for the stay, and then charged his card two days later. The receipt stated $196.10 for two nights but we were charged $450some!! STAY AWAY AND DOUBLE CHECK YOUR CREDIT CARD STATEMENTS! I called on a Tuesday and booked a stay for Friday night(checking in late 1:00am Saturday morning) and leaving Sunday morning. I was quoted a price and that price was not the same at check in. I was also charged an additional $263 that they would not expunge even though it was a mess up with the way that THEY booked my stay. Room was comfortable and clean. However after a 3 hour drive timed to arrive after check in time, room was not ready a half hour AFTER check in time. Another guest was upset about this as well and tried to cancel the room. They would not let her do that. Also the parking lot on both sides of the building was completely underwater due to a storm a few days before. There was not enough parking in the back and it was a cluster of vehicles.
