They stored my credit card without permission. I didn’t find out until they automatically took my co-payment next visit. I had to cancel my card and use another with a set amount. My judgment was correct for my next visit they attempted to charge me a copayment and a no show fee without informing me, which was declined. The no show was for a missed appointment due to being sick, which I called and emailed the morning of to inform them. So I guess they expect you to come in sick. I have tried other counselors in the past and have thought what they were doing was helping me. In the grand scheme of things and long term, I was not getting the help that I needed until I switched to Pellicer Couseling. None of the others have helped me as much as Patrick. I am forever grateful for everything that he has done to help me be my true self and live the life that I’ve always wanted.

I started seeing Patrick many years ago. He was what I needed to grow. He was direct, persistent, and compassionate. I don’t need a therapist to tell me I’m right or give me a pity party. Patrick pushed me to establish boundaries and push outside my comfort zone so that healing could take place. Keep coming back because it works if you work it.
