I had a terrible experience with Pellicano as both the builder and the management team (Pellicanoliving) for the Trafalgar Lane building before Song Properties took over. The quality of the building is poor, with multiple unresolved issues ranging from design flaws to leaks everywhere. Purchased a property in one of their development which was completed in 2011. Had a building inspector come out to look at our apartment who identified non compliant bathroom installations and waterproofing which had resulted in leaks underneath the tiles and into the bedroom. Had been trying to remedy this situation for a while and discovered from Strata other residents had similar issues raised in the past but Pellicano and had been non responsive. Shocking property management! Taking full advantage of the rental crisis charging premium rental prices, then never returning tenant’s phone calls/emails/txts when there are issues. The "client experience manager" needs to read her job description. No regard for the Residential Tenancies Act. Think they above the law with no consideration for people, just money. Pellicano, putting profits before people.

Purchase an apartment in the Alke development in Oakleigh Been here 18 months trying to get my floor fixed Made numerous phone calls and sent emails with promises to deal with the issue Yet still no response Terrible could never recommend
