Been living here for 8 years now and so far it's okay but no one seems to follow house rules which is included in your lease.
The place is pretty much in need of a whole lot of upgrades. I didn't notice a hangout place for the people to go to. Doesn't look good for people to hang out in front of the office of business. Now, like I said, I didn't notice a place. I believe the hallway(s) should be pristine they are your inviting points, and selling made easy for perspective tentents.
