I had my central air condition system broken on the hottest day of the year. I called around to many companies and they either were unavailable or didn't provide good service. However, Perfect Timing heat was AMAZING! The person in the office was very professional and responsive. Our tech, Andrew was very patient, kind, responsible, friendly and professional. His work was immaculate. I would never work with anyone else in the future. Excellent job!
This company messed up installing one the mini splits in my house. There is water leaking all over the floor, down the walls and into garage below us. Called the company to get it fixed and haven't heard back in a week. Had to call again to get the run around and no one in this company taking responsibility for their faulty unit or damage done to my house. DO NOT BUY FRON THIS COMPANY!!
I am not happy with this company, I purchased the installation of minisplits and I have been terrorized by the use of one of their units, it is leaking in my wall and I have been trying to address this with the company Pelletier heating have taken ownership on the issue and it cost me over 6 grand through insurance They want to charge me the emergency fee for a tech to check out how they are flopsing my house Edit : thanks for the waste of time reply, I have waited a week to talk to someone but you follow up here first? They installed a mini split in my room and it has done nothing for me Every summer it leaks water into my walls and it's destroying my house I can't use the space the line turns through because I don't want it to damage my belongings It has been a noted complaint after the first time i had to go through insurance with my family I gave them a week to call me back on this issue They have not called me back I called to bump the issue and they said they are sorry it is outside of business hours What a bad company I want a refund... read more
Adequate response time, technician represented company in uniform. Very approachable and listened to my concerns. Went over service call and equipment replacement in detail.
