We recently had a Carrier mini-split air conditioning system installed in our home by the crew at Perfect Timing Heating and Cooling. The project went perfectly from beginning to end. Dominic was very professional and thorough and explained everything to me regarding the repair of my furnace. Very likable and personable and definitely a service person to hold on to.
He went above and beyond to help fix our thermostat connection issue we were having along with servicing our central air.
I know it's the same owner, but ever since they made the brand change from Pelletier to Perfect Timing, I feel like the quality of service has gone way downhill and the price of service has gone way up. We have a brand new furnace, installed in 2023 by Pelletier / Perfect Timing. I have them come out and service it every fall. However, every couple of months, it was leaking oil all around the base.
