I have a 2016 F-150 that decided to blow a water pump at about 155K miles. I was born and raised in the Bangor area but currently live out of state. We have a camp not too far from Lincoln and are there for our summers. We were in Burlington when we broke down about a month ago. AAA had us a wrecker within an hour and dropped us off at Pelletier Ford. We've been going to them for 10 years and unfortunately now they are permanently closed. I wish all who work there well in all their new endeavors because they had the best people there
They have always been helpful ready to answer any questions you have in a courteous way.
The service department has and was been excellent. Couldn't ask for more professional and personal assistance. It's a shame the dealership is closing. I'll be looking at other makes of vehicle. The dealership is closing for no good reason.
