My grandfather was able to have his car shuttled from madawaska a few months ago for a repair with zero issues. Now this week he has an appointment and when we asked for a shuttle (because he has to leave my grandmother who is a major fall risk home alone, and also because hes about to have a major surgery) they said they don't do out of town shuttles anymore. Woman on the phone had zero compassion or understanding.
