We asked for a furnace physical by Pelles and they sent a fine knowledgeable young man. He was well versed in the technology and explained everything quite clearly. End result…..need a new furnace . The existing is 30 years old! Then came the Manager, who also was professional and provided every option available for our needs. His people skills were above all. Will render follow up pending installation.
