Ryan was fantastic to work with. Very good at explaining things. The problem is fixed. There were some minor miscommunication issues at first with payment but we sorted everything out and it was all good to go.
Been using their annual maintenance service. When it’s time for maintenance, they call me schedule a time to inspect and service the HVAC system . I am not worried about my HVAC system as it’s maintained by Pelles Heating & cooling . All of the technicians are friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Pelles Heating & cooling .
Nice to be able to schedule through the website on an available timeslot. Got a follow-up and confirmation by phone shortly after. Service was great. Ryan explained all the work they were going to do and gave a great overview of everything afterwards. Highly recommended.
Peter and Austin installed a new air conditioner. They are very professional also with great personalities. Pelles company is great to work with. Their caring goes a long way.
