Peter, Austin, and Hayden did a great job installing our new system. They were very friendly, communicated everything being done, and left the area spotless.
The employees at Pelles were on time & knowledgeable. I was notified of my appts by both text & email efficiently. Mgr Mike was very informative! Office staff also very attentive to my needs!
The price of the service call was reasonable and timeliness was excellent. Cody is a first rate technician. My problem was the extra $240 dollars they wanted for a $10 part and 10 minute repair on top of the service call. Already being on site it would have been reasonable to expect an additional charge for parts and labor but not that excessive.
Ryan and Cody were on time. Checked everything out and cleaned up after they were done. Making the appointment was easy. Local folks.
