Pellergy did a stellar job with our complex HVAC installation. They designed and installed an incredibly efficient hybrid system combining a pellet boiler (which handles domestic hot water preheating in the winter) with an air-to-water heat pump. Excellent experience from start to finish. The team is very knowledgeable and helped us select the correct product. The install team was friendly, quick, and efficient. They even went above and beyond to identify a few valves in our existing infrastructure that were not functioning correctly and corrected the issue after getting approval from my husband and I. The pellet furnace is quiet and easy to operate.
Andy and Nathan were prompt, polite, left no wood ash mess anywhere. Most importantly, they are very knowledgeable of my Pellergy Alpha wood pellet full-house boiler, its vacuum feed system, the ash removal augers, its electrical systems. So much more than just "clean the boiler." Diagnosed my problem quickly and repaired it. Bravo!
