I waited over 3 hours in an office after the “deal” was done. Never once offered a bottle of water or told if we wanted to run out and get something to eat it would be okay. Just kept being told they would be with us shortly. No one else was there being helped either. Come to find out the only finance person there needed to run home for a family emergency. I completely understand things happen, but to not be told and have us sit there was ridiculous! They did offer us a free oil change for our inconvenience. Now we can’t see... read more

I was happy with my sales representative and the deal I got but was shocked by the service DAYS after my purchase. My supplemental restraint light came on in the dash and I stopped in to have them look at it. I was told the vehicle was out of factory warranty and since I did not purchase an extended aftermarket warranty from them at purchase the repairs would be on me.
