My oil change and tire rotation where done in a professional way. It took about 45 minutes and I would go back again. It was a little expensive at $135.00 up from $79.00.
Service department is wonderful the sales manager not so much

Pellegrino has terrible customer service relations, when it comes to purchasing a vehicle its good until there’s any issues with it. Truck was sent in for a “we owe you” service, paint correction and a noise coming from the rear end. They “couldn’t get it to make the noise” when it made it everyday it was driven. Recently started having transmission issues and decided to take it to a Ford dealership using my CarBravo warranty. 7 days of poor communication and still no answers.
