Great service above and beyond
Quick service, friendly staff.
Terrible service. Came in spent about $500 to get oil change and a part fixed in my oil pan. They claim during the service they do "quality checks" on the brakes... few weeks later my brakes stopped working while driving on the highway. They inspected my car said it would be about $900 to fix the vaccum pump and labor. Said ok, couple days later they said it would be an extra $985 to make sure all of the pieces were out to ensure they did not travel to other areas of the car causing more damage. Got all the way to the signing table to learn none of the answers I received to my very simple questions were true. After confirming that our very simple needs would be met MULTIPLE times, turned out none of our needs were ever going to be met. Wasted time and missed out on other opportunities under false pretenses. Loved the vehicles at GMC. Did not love the dishonesty and lack of problem solving skills at Pellegrino GMC. Hoping to still get into a GMC vehicle, just need one of the amenities to be integrity.
