He went above and beyond answering our questions and concerns and showing us the product and what we would be investing in. Chase and the Pella crew were very responsive and accommodating. Chase was able to guarantee us a weekend install to help with our schedule and was upfront about pricing. Everything went smoothly with install and everyone was professional and transparent. The window looks great and would recommend using Pella for any window needs. Ask for Chase he will get you set up!
Great install experience!
For a “showroom” this location did not have a lot to look at. To be fair, we walked in without an appointment, and the sales rep was out on a call. Probably best to make an appointment first with the company to get the full experience. I believe the company has a good reputation, and we’re still looking to do business with them.
Kyle was wonderful to work with, he was informative and very helpful, Kyle gave excellent customer service.
