We had a horrible experience with this company who couldn’t get their windows installed to prevent air leaks. The windows were so poorly installed we couldn’t lock them. They failed to honor the warranty and constantly made excuses. Buyer beware.
A very efficient and pleasant visit.
Tina was so very knowledgeable and helpful with design aspects. It’s difficult making a selection you know you will live with for years but she made it easy. I would highly recommend Tina with any Pella purchase!
Tina has been tremendously helpful as my representative and contact for my Pella door replacement project. She seems to genuinely care about my preferences as well as my concerns. I would work with again for futures purchases of Pella products.
Not sure if this is the office that we used, but: Don't remember the office that booked the job, but had whole house replacement windows done years ago. Steve Marsh was the contact / ahole. After multiple service calls and posting on social media, to redo installation, correct poorly installed caulking and trim work, thought things were okay. Well, not so. Have a window (DH) that won't lock / secure. Had to adjust the latch plate on the upper DH sash, and install a post between the sashes to secure. BTW, it was only after po... read more
