Updated review: after the initial consultation, Jon became very pressuring to finish the sale. My original post was to help with getting the discount. My family didn’t feel comfortable with the pressure. On top of this, a family member was surprised by a cancer diagnosis and my family said that we couldn’t continue through the process because of health. We had not signed any documents. We had a great experience with Pella Tacoma. Summer Million is a super salesperson. She spent time looking at our project of replacing an exterior french door, thoroughly reviewing options and costs. Summer was prompt, easy going and VERY knowledgeable. Once we had decided on a product Nick came to do the final measurements. He was great too! Highly recommend Pella Tacoma!
I worked with two people from the Tacoma office on my door project. Summer was my super patient sales person who helped me figure out what I wanted even when I didn’t know what I wanted. Ivan was my lead installer and simply did a great job. I appreciate confidence and that’s the best word to describe his work and his work ethic. Would work with either of them again PE
My family went to the Pella showroom on Monday, where we had lots of help looking through different window choices. We then scheduled an in home consultation for the next day. Jon was great at explaining all of the choices we had and was very thorough about the whole process.
