Love my replacement windows: half my old ones had mechanical issues. Low SHGC made a big difference this last little heat wave: my neighbors put aluminum foil in their windows and I don't have to now. Also had a bit of a mistake in ordering the replacements for one of the windows where the cross pieces in the glass weren't the right count, and their rep Summer followed up and made it right even though it was my mistake without me even asking.
