After settling into my newly purchased home, I quickly realized that most of the builder grade windows were either very difficult to open or did not open at all which was the case in my children's rooms. I researched two other window companies besides Pella; after meeting with their territory manager Chris Thomas I pretty much knew Pella would get my business, sealing the deal was a matter of cost. The place is closed however has an answering service. They did not return calls.

Had an installation of some Pella sliding patio doors installed. The contractor installed them, but Pella's service tech got them perfect. Best doors bought for the money! The customer service and service technicians take care of there products and their customers.
