I would not recommend Pella Windows at all! The whole process was a fiasco from start to finish. Was told the new windows would be quieter and more energy efficient than my 43 year old Pella windows (what a joke). I wish I had my old windows and my money back! Numerous crews worked on getting them installed and fixing the many installation errors. RecommendedWe were so excited to see the Pella workers install new windows in our house on July 14. Our house, dating back to 1921, was long overdue for new windows and the Pella vinyl windows fit perfectly. Have to give tons of praise and credit to sales rep John Jones and project manager Travis E. as well as their team of installers. Wow! Skilled, quick, efficient and the nicest guys to work with. We just replaced nearly all the windows in our home. Starting with the sales Rep Debbie, we had an outstanding experience. The installation team showed up on time, worked hard and completed the project as scheduled. Debbie has done a number of follow ups from start to finish. She is awesome!

Debbie and her follow-up, who did measurement checking after the order, explained well, measured accurately, and had friendly sales communications. Too early to "rate", so this will might be a shot in the dark. Two large bags of cookies appeared at our door after the work was completed a few months later, along with a letter from Debbie. Very nice! A couple of small adjustments in the doors probably will be needed after they have been used for a while, as suggested by the work supervisor.
I ordered my door on Oct 19th 2020 told it would be here Dec 10th 2020. Dec 10th came-no door. Update should be Jan 1st 2021. The 1st came-no door! New update will be shipped the 5th and received on the 10th. Looked at the calendar-Jan10th is on a Sunday so you know that won't be delivered!! Called Lowes today Jan 9th...it does not a show it has been shipped! The worst Customer service I have ever received! 1 star rating!

Great service by Pella of Lincoln. We had to have 12 window sashes replaced from hail damage. The sales specialist, Debbie, was prompt, courteous, and professional. The installers, Brian and Jake did a great job. They arrived on time and completed the job in less time than we expected. There was nothing to clean-up after they left.
Service after the purchase went very well. Timely and efficient.
The patio door came with dents and scratches, roll screen was attached wrong - did not work, blinds were not able to be changed. They are making another door, but it appears there is no checking to see if the product is correct for delivery. Now, there is another wait for it to be made and delivered by the sub contractor. We have had Pella Windows for many years and have not had any trouble with them until now, but definitely not happy with the results of this purchase. What has happened to the credibility of Pella Windows?
