Debbie and the installers were fantastic! What more can I say?
Debbie and her follow-up, who did measurement checking after the order, explained well, measured accurately, and had friendly sales communications. Too early to "rate", so this will might be a shot in the dark. Two large bags of cookies appeared at our door after the work was completed a few months later, along with a letter from Debbie. Very nice! A couple of small adjustments in the doors probably will be needed after they have been used for a while, as suggested by the work supervisor.
Great service by Pella of Lincoln. We had to have 12 window sashes replaced from hail damage. The sales specialist, Debbie, was prompt, courteous, and professional. The installers, Brian and Jake did a great job. They arrived on time and completed the job in less time than we expected. There was nothing to clean-up after they left.
Very Good experience working with Debbie, Zac and Travis in resolving our window issues. They are great to work with and get the job done! Very Pleased.
