Though I did not ultimately order a Pella product for my current home project, I wanted to say how impressed I was with the offerings and the sales representative Sally A. She was incredibly responsive, helpful, and knowledgeable. I will definitely reach out to Pella again for future projects.

I haven't recieved my windows yet so can't speak to that side of the experience but Alex went above and beyond to help me figure out the best replacement windows (came back to my house 3 times to ensure every detail was exactly what I wanted!) And made a stressful process WAY easier- and even helped me better understand the SF permitting process! Would highly recommend working with him!
Five stars for Alex, who helped me navigate through my first foray into window and door shopping. What stands out the most is his calm demeanor and patience throughout the weeks and weeks it took me to check and triple check the details of my project, resulting in countless iterations of him having to update my quote and answer my newbie questions.
