If ya want to get windows from a company that will drown you by picking a contractor for you (who we thought was a Pella installer). Then leave ya high and dry when the contractor cannot install your purchase correctly Pella is for you. Because they will say your purchase was with the contractor, not us..... Funny though he was brought to my house by Pella and presented as their installer? DONT GET TAKEN BY THE CROOKED SALES JARGEN - THEY WILL NOT SUPPORT YOU. I should have went to Dollar General.
