Great service, great product, great value. Matt and Jennifer were helpful and knowledgeable every step of the way. We worked together to find the right product for my new home. The windows are beautiful with a high quality finish. We had an issue with some of the slider door latches (probably more of an install issue) and the service team was prompt and helpful in getting it resolved for us. 10/10 would recommend.
Dallas and Bailey are great to work with from the initial contact and throughout the project. Roy installed two windows and a door in a log home, and did an excellent job. I have absolutely no complaints, and will have them install more windows in the near future. It is so nice to have a business in Helena that has great customer service, they are few and far between. Thank you to Pella!
Excellent experience from beginning to end. Knowledgeable staff helped ensure the windows and doors we selected were exactly what we wanted without exceeding our budget. Delivery was great and a couple small issues were resolved without hassle.
Pella has been great to work with! They have replaced our back door and all of our windows, and we are very happy with the result. Our back door had a defect caused by the manufacturer, Pella's Maintenance people came and fixed it for us at no charge.
Dallas and Bailey are super helpful and a wealth of knowledge. Great Service every time I stop in or call. Always ready to answer any and all questions. They both helped us pick out new doors and windows. Both projects turned out great!
