I've used them several times over the years to order replacement window sashes. They're always helpful and professional.
I purchased two thumb latches for my sliding door, and both broke within six months. When I contacted the company, they wanted to charge me $180 just to send someone out to inspect the slider. I also called to discuss the poor reviews of the thumb latch, but instead of addressing my concerns, a representative named Jennie began yelling at me. After this experience, I will never purchase from or do business with this company again.
AWFUL. $14,000 and months of waiting to be left with half-assed finish work and an unfinished project and no response from Pella. Use another company! Ordered the door late August 2024; paid half. Door half-installed (no screen doors put on) late November, but couldn’t lock it or use it until mid December.
