AWFUL. $14,000 and months of waiting to be left with half-assed finish work and an unfinished project and no response from Pella. Use another company! Ordered the door late August 2024; paid half. Door half-installed (no screen doors put on) late November, but couldn’t lock it or use it until mid December. Use another company! 12/24/24 UPDATE: We finally got help after this was posted and I messaged the social media email address- within a few days someone was able to get the door somewhat usable, however they said the entire lock system in the (brand new) door is faulty and needs replacing.
