My wife and I purchased a Pella garage door at Lowe's on June 16,2019, we did not receive our door until October 22,2019 and during installation we discovered it came with incorrect tracks and torsion system, now our old door is down and gone and we're told we won't receive the correct components until December 14th. On the many times we've spoken to Pella we've been told someone will get us an answer an call us regarding sooner delivery, only to not be called.
