After less than a year the wood frame double hung windows started to warp and were very difficult to lock. After two years one window is completely unable to lock and close properly. Draft from window and worried about winter. Customer service extremely slow to respond. For windows that cost over three times that of other places I expected much more. Gave two stars only because sales person was nice and windows looked good when first installed. Otherwise a zero is more appropriate.
Patio doors delivered on time per agreed schedule. Malcolm & Sadhead were very courteous and professional in the manner they deliver the doors and accessories in prepositions. Malcolm even called 30 minutes ahead of time to ensure we were home to accept delivery. Our entire experience has been excellent and very professional from sales with Bryan through delivery with Malcolm & Sadhead
After 28 years with my existing Pella sliding patio door, I had to order a new one. Peter, the salesperson, was most efficient and knowledgeable and the delivery people, Sam and Scott were amazingly punctual, friendly and helpful. Quite leased with the whole process.
MAREK is absolutely best and professional sales man I ever dealt with by far. I used pella windows on previous jobs love the new install hardware as well. soooo easy and fast to install Thank you pella
