I reported a broken window handle on April 7th. A handle was supposed to be delivered by a technician today (3 months later). I had to stay at home waiting for the technician. No show. I called their service number, waited for 55 minutes in the line listening to how my call was very important to them. I couldn't talk to an agent and ended up hanging up. Very disappointing service or should I say no service.
Worst company service ever. Virtually impossible to get any service or parts. For a so called "high end" product, the service is horrendous. Dealt with the same issue. Send us a picture and we will get back to you, and then radio silence.
As a dealer of Pella products, my sales rep Marek is incredibly helpful, fast and efficient. Love dealing with the Toronto showroom - makes our life easy as can be when we have clients who need Pella products.

I would not recommend Pella. I used Peter Dominas. The windows are high quality but the ordering was a mess. Energy ratings weren’t what I asked for on two random windows. He got the wrong windows for the project on the new side and I had to compromise on design to make it work. Selected mismatched doors then put a garage entry door that looked like a front door. Fixed that. Finally, sold me on install included but half the windows randomly didn’t include trim finishes because he assumed whatever about whatever. Said that’s ... read more
