Matt was very professional and did an excellent job on the removal and replacement of the patio door.
Brian Bennett, was great, he gave us a quote, very professional and not pushy.
Juan came early and was respectful, in and out quickly, very easy process.
RUN AWAY! RUN AWAY! Pella Northland was terrible and for the highest price windows they seem pretty cheap! It took multiple installations to get the job done (the first crew gave up and left without saying a word), and even more cancelled appointments. In the end they made the sliding window wrong. I specifically told the sales rep that I wanted the window to open from left to right. He ordered the window to open the opposite direction. Our whole experience with Pella from start to finish was amazing. Our sales person Derek F was super helpful and helped us pick the best door for our space. Arthur and Alex were fantastic installers who were great with our kids who watched and asked questions every step do the process. When the door wasn't quite right they sent Justin F out to adjust it and he had us running smoothly in no time at all. Great quality door and great service throughout!
