This was the second visit from Pella to repair a broken door lock. The previous technician said that the bolts would need to be cut, but he didn't have the right tool. On the second visit, Mike B. was able to work the lock free with some finessing. The lock still needed replacing, but Mike saved a lot of time and potential damage to the door. Mike B. is a real professional!

New entry door system installed today looks beautiful. Jim was our lead installer and he was fantastic! He carefully took down our custom interior trim before installing the door. He then meticulously replaced it to perfection. We couldn’t be happier. Thanks to Jim and Pella for doing a great job!
The installers were great, it took two days to complete the windows and add the trim. Chase and his helper worked hard and full days to complete this job. We were up against a deadline to finish and they stayed until 7:00 pm to complete. Excellent craftsmanship and easy to communicate with. I would recommend these subcontractors to anybody who would like Pella windows installed at their home Paul W
