The customer service has been wonderful. From setting and confirming appointment times to the visits by the technician, Adam (so friendly and knowledgeable), everything has been great. The warranty service has gone beyond our expectations and we are very happy with all our Pella products (full home renovation)
We have just had a significant number of windows replaced at our home. We couldn't be happier with the entire process. It’s not our first experience at this home with replacing windows with Pella either. However this job was definitely the biggest and most involved. Adam Granlund came to our home and gave us an excellent overview of the options for windows and door replacement. He answered all our questions without a lot of technical jargon. No high pressure sales tactics just honest information and advice.
