The customer service has been wonderful. From setting and confirming appointment times to the visits by the technician, Adam (so friendly and knowledgeable), everything has been great. The warranty service has gone beyond our expectations and we are very happy with all our Pella products (full home renovation)
We have just had a significant number of windows replaced at our home. We couldn't be happier with the entire process. It’s not our first experience at this home with replacing windows with Pella either. However this job was definitely the biggest and most involved. We had 16 older worn out wood sliding windows replaced with beautiful fibreglass framed windows - both fixed picture windows and casement style operating windows. Everyone involved was exceptional.
