It is not hard to see why Pella is such a leader in the window industry. Not only do they manufacture a high end product but they look fantastic on my home. We have had Pella windows in our home for 38 years and love them. It was finally time for a new sliding screen patio door with internal blinds. Stuart made the process flow with his easy and comfortable communication and co-ordination, every step of the way. His team reflects his leadership and we thank you all for your role in making our door beautiful and welcoming to the outdoors.
This review is specific to Amalia who was able to resolve an issue I was having with my door handle in two hours while Pella customer service was giving me a runaround for two weeks. Huge thanks Amalia for your help!
I will never work with Pella again. Windows defected, doors do not work and badly installed, they ignore calls. I should have gone with Anderson windows and doors
#1 reminder email contained no date or time in the space for it. #2 "salesperson " late but he contacted me 15 minutes prior #3 Stuart arrived! reeking and stinking of cigarettes! he was chomping on gum... he was rude, loud and obnoxious! Definitely not a salesperson! sorry Pella
