Steve Satchell was great, he took the time to explain the Pella offerings to me and my wife in a way that didn’t feel like we were being pressured.
Steve’s the best this is stage three I have one more stage to go, but I would use nothing but Pella windows in my house indoors. Steve is excellent at his job.
