We had a fantastic experience with Pella Norwalk while we recently replaced all the windows and entry doors in our home. Mike Giordano made the ordering process easy and Nick Jack went above and beyond before and during installation and was quick to respond with a few questions we had after installation. The installation team was top notch as well. It’s hard to find people you can count on during a large home project and Pella did not disappoint.

Very sloppy job. Installers left nail heads showing thru capping of siding around window. Dismantled siding on top of my front door that needs to be fixed by them. Patio doors installed kick plate not working and keys get jammed in locks. Cheap quality. Promised nickel handles inside and out only inside painted outside. Salesperson is a BS artist and very con descending . Installers sloppy corking stains all over decks and in a rush to leave. Overall not satisfied with a 50K job. PLEASE BEWARE!!!!!
We can’t recommend the Pella team highly enough as they complete yet another window installation on our house. Ours is a somewhat old house, built in the early 1900s. One classic large multi pane window would seem difficult to replace given its history. But Pella matched it precisely with modern features that totally eliminated the heat loss from the old window while keeping its charm and uniqueness. During the process.
