Although I haven't made my purchase yet, I must say that my sales rep, Grant Pedersen was the best. He was very personable and didn't make it feel like a "sales pitch." My intent was to look at doors but we also discussed the consideration of a window replacement as well because I'd been hearing a whistling. Although the windows is somewhat old, thanks to Grant, we discovered it wasn't fully latched to close.
