RecommendedA sidewalk edger threw a rock and broke my window. It was small like a bb had hit it, but there was shards of broken glass inside the panes. It was an original window, 1981, and there was no gas between the glass so no sweating risk. The technician got the correct size glass and replaced that pane perfectly and left the area completely clean! Thanks Pella!

i have had Pella patio doors for years and love them can't wait to get my new windows installed. Joe was our salesman and very nice and not pushy very informative about the product.
Repairs are necessary to a Pella window to get a house on the market. Pella’s customer service was outstanding. Easy to schedule and repair. Mike the repairman was outstanding. Also, provided instructions to prevent future issues. A plus experience.
