I normally don’t write reviews, but this company truly earned it. I was wait-listed for weeks with zero communication, and every time I called, I got a different excuse. When they finally showed up, they overcharged me compared to the original estimate, claiming “unexpected adjustments” that made no sense. The work itself was sloppy and rushed. Our old backdoor was OEM from 1950. It badly wanted replacing. Pella Windows & Doors had the best selection with the best guarantee. The installation team was great! They got it done. in half a day, neat as can be. They even installed the hardware we bought for it. A special shoutout to Carolyn.
