Ricky is great! He was on time and fixed the door (that the other Pella installers couldn’t get right after multiple trips out here). If you dare to use Pella definitely ask for Ricky!
We bought a craftsman style door from Pella in July. Carolyn was the sales rep and worked with me to get the specs I wanted. Budget was important for us, and she worked with us to get the cost down. She was very responsive to calls and texts with questions I had along the way. She went above and beyond. The installation was smooth. Marcelo, Rafael & 1 other were great; personable but not chatty to keep the job on track. Very pleased with the crew for our Phase 3 Pella window replacement the past 2 years. Marcello and Rafael took the time without rushing to answer my typical numerous questions. He stayed in touch with text updates on his arrival time and was here right on time. He took measurements and gave me quotes while he was here.
