Great salesperson planners, and installers.
I had mixed experiences with various Pella staff and contractors. Their products are really good. The sales person who first attended to our requests was good and responsive (Brandon Osburn). Admin staff were good to deal with. The contractors involved in installation did a very poor job especially in view of the fact that Pella is known for high quality products and services. Amazing experience ! Very professional, efficient,and trustworthy. Brandon was wonderful to deal with. I live in a condo and he has helped others here with their windows.
I needed good quality windows. Chase White and the crew that installed them provided excellent service. Thank you all for a wonderful job!!
