They are the OPPOSITE of pushy (which was our experience with certain other window companies). I almost exclusively install Pella windows. Not only are the windows of higher quality than direct competitors, but the delivery of the windows to the site is done by the Pella company itself. I assure you there is a difference of care and a level of quality control that is noticeable. I call my favorite rep "Paul" on almost every job I do to go over options, and suggestions.
