It’s cold out now in Vermont, and we are delighted we chose Pella units for the living room-deck juxtaposition. We don’t think we will bother to re-hang curtains as the units are so tight and we feel no drafts! The Pella representative was really helpful—-he came to the house and helped us select units and colors. Couldn’t have been better.

I used to run a remodeling and construction company, and most of the time when selling window jobs I would suggest Pella products, after having good experience with them through the years, they've always been very nice to work with, they do have some budget friendly lines, while some of the products can run on the upper side of the price range, they're definitely worth it for the overall quality that they uphold, but also warranty service, they fully stand behind their products for many many years after being installed!! The product is great quality. I had exceptional service through David Wallace, who spent lots of time with me finding the exact sliding glass door to match my needs. I am replacing a Pella slider that dates back to 1981, so finding the right size was a bit tricky. Dave was professional and patient in working until it was right. I highly recommend using Dave Wallace and Pella products for your home improvement projects!

I ordered windows through Pella and Chuck Emma was great. He was quick and efficient and super professional. We got us great windows for a great price. I highly recommend using Chuck and Pella for your home improvement needs.

I have recently had a Pella, sliding glass door installed by Dave Ruffner. I could not be more pleased with both the installer and the door itself. Dave was absolutely professional. When I initially called him for an estimate he came out the same day and had an estimate for me the following day morning. The whole process from start to finish was painless. Absolutely love my new replacement windows from Pella. The experience from the beginning with Jonathan our sales representative to the knowledgeable and friendly installers made this buying experience a pleasure. The windows are sound proof and air tight and open and close so easily. I know 5 stars is the highest rating.....but you deserve 6!!! Thank you for making a repeat Pella customer satisfied and happy once again!
