SERVICE I called and was told they're closed due to virus after a service person was at my house and he gave me a number to call for help in the matter and when I called I was told they were closed due to the virus! Really, couldn't he have told me that???? I'm going to keep calling until I get an answer!!!! This is a scam!!!! I will not recommend Pella to anyone!!
The service technicians were prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, quick, thorough,and considerate. I was very impressed! Rare to see this level of customer service and consideration in today’s world! 🏆
Sales staff is top notch. Never have issues that can't be dealt with by customer service. I have been using Pella windows for last 25 years and will continue to recommend them to my customers.
I’ve worked with Tim Brien on my owe home and replacing my original 1988 Pella Windows. He is very knowledgeable and his customer service is excellent. I only work with Tim Brien.
