Excellent customer service! Although Pella didn’t provide the service I was looking for, Mike went out of his way to help me find who does. This shows they genuinely care about people and exactly who I’ll want when it comes time for our Doors and windows. Thanks again Mike :)
I had a total of 5 Pella windows installed. 2 of them clearly have a manufacturer defect. The top sash of the vinyl window doesn't slide all the way up flush into the groove. When I contact Pella they give me a run around about it. They refuse to acknowledge the issue, stating it is normal. If it was normal, it looks cosmetically bad. And if it was normal all of the Pella windows would have the same gap and they don't. I attached photos. The first is a pella window with the gap at the top, it doesnt close all the way.
