After 19 years one of my large custom Pella windows cracked. I called the company and they replaced it within 5 weeks - only charging me for the installation. My experience with customer service was exceptional- it was easy and pleasant - and the technicians who came to the house were quick, friendly, competent and left my house spotless. Highly recommend!
Great sales experience - Mike was very professional in arranging a convenient appointment, following through with confirmation and explaining the door options. No pressure sales technique, pleasant experience, and a pleasure to deal with. Would recommend to others looking for a one-stop shop for wood clad windows and patio doors.
Undoubtedly the worse consumer experience of my adult life. They mismeasured windows twice (taking up hours of my time), installed a scratched window, installed a broken screen, installed a broken locking mechanism, then called harassing both my wife and I for payment, even though they never finalized the installation and the two windows that were installed were both defective. How much of a discount did they offer after EIGHT MONTHS of waiting for my final window to be installed? 3%. Oh, and do not get me started on the spa... read more
