We purchased custom windows from the Pella store in North Platte. The windows were good quality. The service was lacking in every regard, from the moment we entered the showroom to the process of ordering and delivering the windows. Communication was non-existent unless we initiated it and the contractor they referred was awful. I realize that's not their fault but if I were them, I certainly wouldn't refer a company who does sub-par work.
