I called in August for our appointment. Met with the salesperson the first week of September. Received an install date of October 29. The contractor arrived on time; however, he only installed the picture windows and then left due to a medical issue. Mind you my husband took the day out for the first day of the install. We were rescheduled for November 1. The new contractors showed up and did a great job installing the rest of the windows on that day, but, 2 windows were installed at the wrong heights!
