I have been waiting 10 days for someone from Pella to get back to me concerning a bad rolling shade that was installed on a window that I recently had installed in my apartment in downtown Chicago. I have sent numerous emails inquiring about when someone will come by to fix the rolling screen problem and have not heard anything back from Pella. I'll keep posting negative reviews until the situation is resolved to my satisfaction.

It was a very positive experience. The technician came to the house and fixed the door and window very quickly. Purchasing Pella products is definitely worth it!
