Superb! Both Dan and Derek demonstrated 5-Star customer service! Last week, Dan initially met with my wife and me, and presented the Cost, Specs, and Timeline aspects of Pella windows. A week later, Derek followed-up with the Install and Measurement session. My wife and I are well-prepared, and looking forward to enjoying our three new Pella windows in mid to late October.

We have had Pella Windows since 2000 and have been very happy with them. Recently a couple of sashes needed to be replaced. Victor came by and suggested a solution that didn’t require a complete replacement. He worked with Lindor in the service department to determine the exact window needed since the windows were so old. We could not be happier with the response and effort demonstrated by Victor and Lindor. Thanks to both of them!!

I purchased triple-pane windows from Pella last fall for our 7,400 sq ft home in South Barrington, paying $84,000. I specifically upgraded to triple-pane to avoid condensation and fogging issues, and the sales representative assured me these were high-quality windows that would not have this problem. This spring and summer, I discovered dirt trapped between the panes and fogging/condensation forming inside the glass — a clear sign of seal failure. When I contacted Pella customer service multiple times, I was repeatedly ignor... read more
