We have had Pella Windows since 2000 and have been very happy with them. Recently a couple of sashes needed to be replaced. Victor came by and suggested a solution that didn’t require a complete replacement. He worked with Lindor in the service department to determine the exact window needed since the windows were so old. We could not be happier with the response and effort demonstrated by Victor and Lindor. Thanks to both of them!!
I purchased triple-pane windows from Pella last fall for our 7,400 sq ft home in South Barrington, paying $84,000. I specifically upgraded to triple-pane to avoid condensation and fogging issues, and the sales representative assured me these were high-quality windows that would not have this problem. I am very happy with my new windows installed last yeat, and I'm sure I will be happy with the new ones. Victor Haddock is so personable and easy to work with. Altogether satisfied with Pella.
We have been considering new windows for sometime. My husband stopped at the Pella showroom and saw what he liked. I went back alone to look and met Victor, who walked me through some of the differences between the lines of product that are available. New French door installed. The process was simple from start to finish. Victor Haddock, our sales rep was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. We had no idea what kind of door we wanted but Victor came in with a vision and my wife and I fell in love with it. Installer Mike was great very friendly . Love the new door and we will definitely use Pella in the future
