The representative was excellent in his knowledge and in presentation. I was familiar with Pella, but had never had an in depth discussion about the product. We are waiting now for the installation.

Mr.Tony came out and was very knowledgeable about the windows they offer and answered my questions I'm getting a few more prices but they are definitely in the running and was a pleasure to have Mr.Tony in my home and no pressure was given

Tried to get my windows replaced by Lowe’s when I worked there. Got all done except 5. They were special order and when I tried to get them finished up found out that they weren’t the measured for the right application for my house. So they won’t take them back because it’s been awhile so I’m stuck with the windows. Pella sent out a gentleman to measure and abt a week or two later they sent a verifier out to make sure everything was right. I would highly recommend pella so far.
