I replaced all of our windows and doors with Pella. My install date was November 2020 and was supposed to take one week. It is April 2021 and I still have unresolved issues with multiple windows and doors. The management team at Pella Jacksonville will literally just ignore me, I'll send an email and they just won't respond. My salesperson Mikaela, sold me the windows, took her commission, and hasn't checked on me once to ensure that things are going well.
