I hired Apex Windows to replace three foggy out of five windows I had in front of my house, and repair a sticking patio door. Their quote seemed reasonable, so I went ahead with the project. However, during installation, the technician broke one of my uplighting fixture and denied it until I provided proof that they were just installed the day before, only then did he admit he accidentally stepped on it and offer a small discount. I had a fantastic experience with Apex Window Company. A bird flew into my two-story family room window, cracking three panes. I received a quote from another company that was nearly double what Apex charged. Not only was Apex more affordable, but they also replaced the window in under an hour, a week after the estimate, much faster than the 2 to 3 weeks to install the other company estimated. Apex did an amazing job! I had a completely rotted sash on a very large window in my living room. They quoted me a price, showed up on time on the scheduled day, set up shop on site and in 1.5 hrs I had what looked like a new window. Great service and great outcome. I will use again.
