We worked with Jade. From start to finish she was outstanding in knowledge, listening and professionalism. We felt like she wanted what was the best fit for our needs.
Jade, a sales woman here in GJ went over and beyond in helping me with some concerns and also helped with some extra information I needed. She was very prompt on getting my answers and when she said she would call me by 9am at the latest, she meant it, 8:30 am call on a Monday morning! Windows to be installed soon.
I can't say enough good things about Pella. Bob Caldwell helped us through the project. He was a big help picking out the appropriate products for our needs. The installers did a fantastic job. Everything was done on time and on budget. The windows look great and are a big improvement. I highly recommend!
