RecommendedGreat Employees and superior Windows....THE very best purchase in this house was the windows and doors!
we have an issue that came up only months after installation with the window screens working themselves upward about a quarter inch so there is a gap. A screen does not do much good if bugs can just crawl under it. Pella sent someone out to look at it and we never heard from them again. They didn't fix it, tell us why it happened, or anything. i would expect at least a follow up call.
