My Pella rep, Matt Eckerman, was on time and very polite. Although my windows don't need replacement they do need repairs. Matt clearly explained the problem and provided me with excellent info on what should and should not be involved with the fix. Thank you Pella and thank you Matt!
Today we dealt with a difficult repair on my Pella double-out swing doors, which were stuck in the closed position with no access to the locking pin. Chuck and Gilbert tackled the challenge with calm, friendly professionalism. They both displayed experience and knowledge as they took on this arduous task. The repair was impeccably performed. I have used Pella repeatedly, due to the high quality of their products. I just had an exterior front door put in on a very old house that needed a new front door. What a difference! We just completed our third project with Pella Windows and Doors. Once again the process was smooth under the guidance of Matt Eckerman at Pella. From start to finish the project progressed seamlessly. We are very pleased with the final result and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to upgrade their doors.
